i'm not gaining fast enough. i know about eating enough
protein and that you need to up your calorie intake
my question is does anyone have any homemade recipies that are
high in calories that aren't too unhealthy?

Sorry, just in a food funk, and my stomach is acting up. Go

Is the protein shake page still up? The shake where you drunk
it from a dirty ashtray was my personal favourite but sadly I
never got around to trying it! :-) "Christian Kesselring"

Add 1 cup of powdered milk to 2 cups skim milk. It gives you
400 calories and 40 grams of protein. If I have 2 shakes like
this a day I gain weight rather easily.

Look, high calorie is high calorie. Be reasonable with all
macronutrients (not overdoing it on any one of them- that
includes fat). But, know that it is up to your body to decide
what's right, not general concensus. I always notice different
"bad" physical reactions to too much protien, fat, or carbs. I
guess I'm saying "Pig out, but listen to your body".
I hope that doesn't seem too arrogant, JMO
