I am currently on Atkins, or I would say a modified version. I was wondering what Protein Power was? I always thought that your protein should be limited because it can turned into glucose same as sugar if you eat to much.

Currently I keep my percentages at:

60-65% Fat
25-30% Protein
5% Carbs

I consume a 1800-1900 calories a day with an averge of 155g of protein a day. Average loss a week 2 pounds.

If anyone could shed some light on protein power, I would be most appreciative.

Thanks.
