hi can any of you clever chaps give me any idea how many carbs in my mums irish chicken soup it's a big pot but if i know the total i can devide it.ok here goes i chop 4 carrots,a leek,a packet of celery and 3 parsnips i boil these for an hour then i add 2 knorr chicken stock cubes and some dried parsley and a hand full of pearl barley. then i simmer for another hour and then add 4 chicken breasts, chopped , and simmer away foir another hour any1 got any ideas of the carbs? thanks mal
