I really want a nice, cold glass of sweet tea.

I made a pitcher of it earlier for my husband and it is sitting in the fridge just calling my name...

BUT I WILL NOT DO IT!

I have lost SIX pounds so far and I will NOT cheat!

Just wanted to say hang in there! Try to think of a low carb drink that you can have and enjoy instead. Don't deprive yourself ;) Good job and don't listen to that tea...I actually think it's calling your husband...you must have misunderstood!

I had some chicken and cheese with unsweetened tea instead.

I extra sweetened my tea (with artificial sweetener) and it was just as good (and better for me)! Thank God I outlasted the temptation.
