I haven't read all of my PP book yet. So, I was wondering if anyone could tell me exactly what fruit (if any) is relatively safe? I thought of eating a bit of fruit to replace my much missed desserts.

Strawberries are good, I think 1/2 cup is 5 grams carbs

Also any berries are relatively low in carbs.

Thanks so much for the helpful info, Louloo and Bonnie!

It sounds like a small helping of fruit will be a good dessert substitute ;)
