I wanted to mention, I've been doing some "step 9" sorts of things. Making amends for harm I've done because of my sugar addiction (mostly, sending off money to repay whomever I can remember stealing from as a kid to get candybars.)

Not reporting this to get any applause...but to recommend it. Gee, I feel 10 pounds lighter--a spiritual whoosh!
