I have type I diabetes, and last weekend one of my best friends with diabetes got married.

She chose a "cake" very similar to this:
how cool is that????
wanted to share for anyone planning a wedding and lowcarb.

I LOVE that idea and that "cake" is just gorgeous. And who doesn't want to indulge in a fine cheese or two??? (And is that a pate I spy?) Such a wonderful idea.
