Hi, I bought some cream cheese, lacto free yesterday, but im a bit concerned about using it .im not good with dairy and find apart from feeling crap on dairy it also stalls me...ive just started back eating to loose so dont want to stall myself within the first 2 weeks..so has anybody used this, and any finds?...thanks. :)
