Hi,

I have got a juicer which is a cold press type (Oscar) I did a juice today for my Hubby and I, using 6inch cucumber, 2 large handfuls of spinach and 4 apples.
How do I work out the carb content????
I am stumped as juicing, I assume, changes things and the original values will have changed.

Do you discard fibery contents? Does the MY PLAN (up to the right, in yellow) not have any entries for cold pressed juice that you can use as a comparison?
