I HAVE JUST DISCOVERED THAT COTTAGE CHEESE IS NOT ALLOWED ON INDUCTION. SO WATCH THE CARBS ON THIS ONE YOU INDUCTERS. I HAVE LOST 30LB SINCE THE BEGINING OF THIS YEAR SO I MUST BE DOING SOMETHING RIGHT :thup:
