Found this recipe in Muscular Development magazine:
2 turkey thighs
2 green onions, chopped
6 cloves garlic, crushed
1 T fresh ginger, chopped
1/2 c mirin
1/2 c soy sauce (low sodium)
2 T dijon mustard
2 T cilantro
For the marinade, combine all ingredients (except turkey) in large bowl and mix well. Skin, bone and butterfly turkey thigh. Immerse meat in marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Grill or barbecie turkey. Reserve remaining marinade for another use. It will keep one week in the refrigerator. Serve sliced turkey with Chinese mustard and plum sauce.
