New Forum

This set up is just great, and when all those lurking decide to start talking we'll have more fun. This board is very similar to the Atkinsfriends board and just this week they are celebrating their first anniversary. From the traffic there, it's hard to believe they are only a year old. I think the forum is easier and faster than opening mail messages, as that's how I've been getting all my low carb egroup information.

Great stuff....a standing ovation for Wa'il...and everybody else helping to get it going.
