um... just wondering about aspartame does it raise insulin levels?? or is it just the chemicalsthat make it a no-no? little help please!

I believe that it's whole chemical thing. Suzanne believes we should use natural products. She didn't say anything about it raising insulin levels.

I could be wrong, but I think I have heard that aspartame is worse than the other artifical sweeteners chemically. I use Twin with good results. It definitely doesn't make me hungry. Of course, it is chemical too.

I was a little concerned about using it so I posted in the Newbies Forum here, and got some good informative answers.
