Hi everyone,

My latest fixation is vit. K2. My own need is to heart protection (very bad family history), but most of the fuss over K2 is regarding bone strength. There's an updated thread (http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=342686&highlight=Vitamin+K2) with links, and I'd be interested in learning from those who read this sub-forum whether they supplement with this vitamin.

Thanks for the link.

I've just recently become interested in K2.

At this point, I don't supplement the vitamin, but do drink kombucha on a regular basis. I do use K2 as part of my justification for paying way too much for pastured eggs. ;)

I do. It's a cofactor for D3.
