Hey Maria,
Hello ;)
My period was extremely heavy last month as well. I honestly thought I was gonna bleed to death. The cramps were terrible, too. I was in so much pain that I actually cried :(
Take care.

I'm had a much longer one this time to, usually they are about 3-4 days... this time about 7. I read somewhere once (kind find the source now) that our fat cells hold onto hormones and when we loose the body releases them and this effects TOM.
Can anyone confirm or deny this?
Thanks!

Talon i have read the same thing that our bodies have estrogen in our fat cells so when we burn fat. Your bodies will normalize out soon.. It took me a couple of months and then I was back to normal... Thank God....Hope you all get back to normal soon
