I have been following the montignac plan for just over a week.

Having moderate success - few pounds but enjoying the changes nonetheless. :D

I have started a journal in the hope that some more - monti-followers may appear out of the wood work!!! The more the better.

Hope everyone is well and enjoying their new WOE/WOL!!!

Hi!

I'm new to this forum and am following Montignac. I just made a post somewhere else on the site... (where???) I had several questions about the plan. As I mentioned there, I do have Dine Out and Lose Weight, but there seem to be some contradictions in what's listed there and what I've seen mentioned about his latest book. Anyway, it would be great to share tips with each other!

Tonight I stir fried veggies (a frozen wok mix) using olive oil and sesame oil, then tossed in some cooked shrimp at the end... also sprinkled a little soy sauce on at the end. By the way, if you know that soy sauce or sesame oil are illegal, please let me know! I read the labels and checked the book, and felt both were OK.

Please share any recipe ideas you may have as well!

Thanks-
