How does Weight Watchers calculate their food points in food -
or is it a big secret

My husband was recently on WW. He was given a "calculator"
that took into account total calories, grams of fiber, grams
of fat, and the points given. You would put into the
cardboard slide calculator the first three values, and then
it would give your points. At no time was he given any sort
of formula to calculate this on his own. I believe it's a
trademarked thing.
Anyway, this website was given by my husband's WW counselor
as a good one for information, even though it is not an
official WW site:

Thanks for replying - but I cannot go by my hand measurements
as I am only 4'5" in height ----LOL I do love the other
measurements and the points calculating into calories
