Soy phytoestrogens have been linked to lower risk of
osteoporisis and higher bone mineral density.
Isn't it possible that it is actually the high calcium content
of soy products (tofu) and not the phytoestrogens that are
causing this? If anything, the phytoestrogens are
anti-estrogenic..
similarly i would think milk, not milk estrogen nor milk igf-1
is the main cause of increased bone mineral density in dairy
drinkers.. thanks, wuz..
