I have recently completed a clarification of the Natural
Health Perspective Advanced Healthy Diet Guidelines. The old
guidelines were a bit too cumbersome.

The new version now consists of just seven (7) guidelines.

These guidelines are well supported with numerous citations to
abstracts with publicly available abstracts, like always.

I would be interested in receiving constructive criticisms of
my new diet guidelines.

I am, also, challenging any and all Physicians, medical
students, PhDs, Nutritionists, etc. to find anything wrong
with any of my diet recommendations.

Commentary on the guidelines

Natural Health PerspectiveTM Diet differs from the USDA Food
Guide Pyramid Diet in three areas: Dairy, Grains and Fat."

The guidelines appear to try to meet only the minimum official
nutrition requirements. These are inadequate to maximise life
span and health. Higher amounts of B5, B6 & RNA are known to
be required (i.e. have been shown to increase lifespan in
animal experiments). Higher amounts of folate and selenium,
Vit C and E have been shown to improve health.

RDA amounts are woefully inadequate and optimum amounts can
not be consumed in any diet without supplements.

Near the bottom of this page I explicitly point out the scope
of my guidelines.

"COMMENTS -- These nutrition guidelines are: ...
- strictly about nutrition and eating food (rules governing
exercise, etc. are covered on other webpages; and"

While developing my webpage, I noticed that some authorities
on diet would make recommendations regarding exercise, etc. I
find this to be absolutely stupid.

The subject is Diet. Therefore the topic of using Nutritional
Supplements is Off-Topic.

Furthermore ...

Natural Therapies
http://home.naturalhealthperspective.com/perspective.html "In
conclusion: From the Natural Health PerspectiveTM personal
health is about promoting wellness and fitness through the
natural therapies of eating a healthy diet, taking nutritional
supplements, reaping the benefits of exercise, and having a
healthy attitude and resilience in your life."

Your comments could be why the majority of posts on these ngs
are Off-Topic?

My mistake, I assumed that the nutritional guidelines would
include nutritional supplements.

To keep from constantly going around in circles, my diet
guidelines are strictly about eating food.

It is really amazing! From my recent activity in 'Good sources
of Calcium' and 'Fermentation' I managed to come across a few
interesting citations and more ideas for new webpages. :-)
