I have no time to eat a really good breakfast. ( i always wake up late for work). I need some quick fixes, or somethings i can prepare the night before. Any suggestions? :q: :q:

I have hard boiled eggs ready...well, most of the time.lol.

I LOVE grabbing mozza or cheddar slices with left over turkey or chicken..

Throw these 3 things in a bag...or in your mouth as your running out the door!!

Hope this helps...good luck!

I have this same problem, Maria. I have grabbed hard boiled eggs a couple times, and eating turkey and cheese wraps. This week I'm planning to make controlled carb muffins, freeze them, and pop one out in the morning if I so desire. If you're past induction levels, cottage cheese is also good in the morning, especially with a touch of splenda. You could even prepare celery and cream cheese the night before to tote along.

Good luck. I'd love some more ideas too. Breakfast is tough when you're not a morning person.

Why not make a large batch of crustless quiche or one of the egg casserole dishes and portion and freeze. You can just take them out of the freezer, pop them in the microwave and eat.

Also you can pre-make bacon, sausage links and patties, smoked sausage. String cheese, mock danishes, cinnamon and splenda porkrinds. Protein shake.

All are pretty quick.

Good luck! :)
