I'm afraid you've have to look up the counts for the amount of ingredients you would use, add them all up, then divide by the number of servings... like every other recipe, I guess...

Totally depends on how much mozzarella ya eat!

Don't know a marinara sauce recipe for it, but did find LC marinara sauce at the store.

I have been to 4 different stores and still have not been able to find the string cheese that I was going to use for mozarella sticks.

Have you tried checking the cheese section in your grocers?? They come in packages of 8 or twelve and or usually hanging up.. of course in my area they do>> LOL

Can you buy frying cheese at the grocer, or is it only available on line?

My Super Wal-Mart has melting cheese and some other-I can't remember if it's frying or not. It is in the section near the other cheeses.
