I weant from a 4x to a 2x and now i can walk to the store with no breathing probles And go thow the hole i the wall between my apt Blideing and Frys 2 mouth ago i could not do that Nda my Bllodd sugers are good between 80 and 120. I love lowcarb :) :) :)
