Great News! My doctor and I looked at my lab work. I am no longer considered a diabetic. I got my A1C down to 5 since Jan 2010 and loss to date 60 pounds. Will continue my efforts, I have at least 50 more to lose to my goal weight. No more meds!!! Yes!!! :agree:
