Hi all

I live in Ireland and am also involved in a PCOS group.

Is there anyone else in this forum living in Ireland? would you be interested in setting up an Irish group?

I am not from Ireland but I am part Irish and live in the USA.
I would be interested in talking about low- carb Irish meals etc.
To learn more about my Irish back-ground.

I'm from Ireland, living just outside Dublin. So how are you getting on with the diet ? Pain in the arse that there's no low carb shops about. No-brainers are the way forward when it comes to diets I reckon

yes, I'd be interested! I am Dutch, but live in Ireland, in county Galway.
Tell me if you've already found a brand of bangers without rusks???!!
I love them, but they're too high in carbs for me, so far!
