Does anyone else have to pee like about twice per hour throughout the day? I AM drinking a lot of water, but come on! I do not have any kind of bladder or urinary tract infection and nothing hurts, but it's just getting a little ridiculous. My co-workers don't go near as often, but maybe that means my body is actually healthier than theirs? I just wonder what normal urination is (number of times/hour, that is) if your body is functioning properly...any input would be great.

For me, it happens so often, I don't count...lol. I drink 160 ounces of water most days...it's gotta come out, eh? And the capacity of a bladder is not all that much (18 ounces is maximum--I just looked it up--but "urgency" will happen for the average person at 1/4 - 1/3 that, though past pregnancies could decrease that even more). I CAN make it about 5 hours in bed asleep before the call wakes me up.

Your body is supposed to adjust after awhile, somewhat. Mine has during the day. How long has it been since you increased your intake? It took me about 2 weeks to cut the frequent runs during the day.

I'm with Razzle on the nightly wakings, though. It is the rare occasion that I don't have to get up 2 to 3 times during the night.

Think of it this way, added exercise!! :daze:

I know what you mean. I think the other night I woke up at least 4 times! Also, I just figure that going to the loo at work should count at least for some exercise - you know, the mad dash down the hallway (my office is some way from the facilities!!).
