haha I'm not really a newbie, But I've never made it past induction, and I've been registered since Janurary and I think my last post untill today was in Februrary http://www.stopstart.fsnet.co.uk/smilie/errrr.gif lol I'm deffinetly no expert!

But ya RI..its in the U.S Rhode Island** :roll:

Hello PGLC,

Welcome and Congratulations on starting your new way of life. I cannot brag enough about how wonderful Atkins is. I started the beginning of June 2003 and have lost 30 lbs. I have had no problem sticking to this diet at all. I feel wonderful. Hard to find many people in RI on this. I love Newport, must be a crazy place to live during the summer with all the traffic and stuff. At any rate, good luck. If you have any questions, feel free to message me.

I'm from Rhode Island also....North Kingstown. I am fairly new to this....stayed on Induction for a month. Lost 10 lbs. I am coming up on a 4 week stall. I am considering doing a Fat Fast, or going back to induction. I am trying to stay positive and also to stay off the "daily scale thing" that I do.

Hi, guys! I'm from the Saunderstown area (South County) and I work in Newport. I'm just returning to Atkins after a 10-month lapse (oops!). I had originally lost 40 pounds, but managed to gain 30 of them back over the last 10 months. (Chocolate by the bagfull and massive amounts of icecream and bread will do that!) But at least I didn't do what I usually do, which is wait 'til I've gained back all the weight plus a little extra!
