South (Magnetic) of Pgh

I am new to the whole Low Carb idea. But as I tell my friends, any diet that excludes fruit and exercise and works has to be the one for me. So far I am doing good but I am operating in a vacuum. It woulds be nice to trade notes experiences or live conversation w/others. If we are in relative close proximity exercising together could be a possibility. I like to walk and bike the Yough River Trail. It is usually easy for my wife and I to put together a group of friends to take rides on a Saturday or Sunday. Also looks like I will have to educatem yself on all the bells and whistles this forum offers to spice up my postings.
