You know, we hypos have poorer digesting system. For better asorption of multivitamins, which one is best asorbable in form? capsules, softgels, or tablets, caplets? How can we choose a GOOD multivitamin/or other vitamins/minerals?

I assume that you would say capsule is better than tablet for it is powder, but I seems not to digest well with capsules but better with tablets although I didn't do the experiment with the vinegar.

What about softgels? It seems that softgels are the best asorbable for they are usually the softest, right?

Here is an article talking about capsules are better forms than tablets, which I hold a reserved point on, http://www.boisenaturalhealth.com/node/15

What do you think? Thanks
