I would like to know if anyone can recomend some legal Snacks I might take with me if I know I'm going to out and about for a long time. I know I can have Pork Rinds and Beef Jerky, but can you come up with some other Ideas. Thanks Group. :dazzle:

How about nuts, cheese.

If it's not for a couple of hours rather than days, any picnic food -- hardboiled eggs, chicken legs, beef roll ups.

I make an open faced sandwich out of bran o'crisps (a 4-carb cracker), butter and cheese.

Celery with peanut butter.

Others who are more imaginative cooks will have better ideas :)

As I'm a student I have 2 long days a week, so that means carting my lunch with me all over campus, and I cant always "sit and eat" so I take lots of snackie type stuff:

Mozza Sticks (string cheese - the pre-wrapped ones)
Jello Cups (pre-packaged, the low cal ones have no carbs)
Almonds 1/4 cup in a snack baggie can go far
Macadamia Nuts (ditto)
Peperoni Sticks (my butcher makes some with no fillers, all meat and spice)
Carrot Sticks and Celery sticks of course (with ranch dip or somthin)
Pickles (the big ones)

I dont know if these are "legal" for you or not cause I dont know the atkins plan, but these are low carb snacks that I eat!
