why do my ketostix turn beige by the end of the day? and by next morning they are pink again? (usually first or second range)

could it be because i'm drinking so much? i drink ALOT of water.

i've only been in ketosis since friday and i have lost 8lbs so far. but it's so weird. i mean if you get knocked out of ketosis it should take you another couple days to go back in right? so is my pee just 'watered down'? lol.

I have never used them but I hear that the ketostix can be unreliable. If you arefollowing your plan(and all that water is a good thing) then just keep on keeping on. You'll do just fine.

also, how often do you check your stix? maybe mornings would be a good idea. and do you guys sweat alot? i find i sweat ALOT.

i drink about 2x 1.8L Double Gulp (from 7-11) cups of water a day which is about a gallon of water? is that enough?
