My latest lab
FT3 4.18 pmol/l 3.1- 6.8 29%
FT4 18.74pmol/l 12 -22 67%
TSH 0.35 mIU/l 0.27 -4.2
Do you think I need some Cytomel or Natural thyroid to boost FT3? :q:

There are a few things to weigh when changing your meds.
To relieve thyroid symptoms, I would say yes.
To just get a number, up to you.
There can be complications, cost of monitoring.
The dr I saw a few days ago told me a new study came out showing you can raise your thyroid levels and feel better by taking your meds before bed.

Interesting! I used to do that but switched when I thought my meds might be giving me insomnia. I'll have to switch back.

He did say it disturbs some peoples sleep. For some reason they act like a sleeping pill for me.

In my opinion you definitely need more med. Your free T3 should be at least top of the range and I know many with thyroid hormone resistance are actually over the range. That being said; if you feel well don't worry about the stupid labs.
