Hi! I"m new here, but I thought I would post a good low-carb recipe. I have made this long before eating low-carb, and everyone loves it. I dip celery sticks into it, or eat it with a spoon. The rest of the group will use Tostitos Scoops.
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup ranch dressing
(blend together)
Add 8 oz. of canned chicken breast
1/2 c. diced celery
Franks red hot sauce to taste (I use about 2T.)
Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly.

sounds good! I would rather eat dips and veggies insteads of meals a lot of days. Thank you!

Welcome :) This sounds delish. I might adapt this to use up left-over roast chicken, and bake it in hollowed out tomatoes. Now I am hungry, and I've just finished breakfast,
Do you have a recipe for low-carb ranch dressing? (I'm in the UK, and I don't think Ranch Dressing is sold here).
