Can anyone name some dressings allowed on P1 or 2 for that matter?
I think FF dressings are a no no.
Thanks,

Look for dressing with no added sugars....no blue cheese dressing...but others are OK.
I use "Good Seasons Zesty Italian" made with EVOO and balsamic vinegar.. :yum: I also add in extra hot and spicy stuff to give it even more zip!!! This week its hot chili oil!!

Thanks for all your suggestions. I will get some Good seasons tomorrow when I shop. I love balsamic and olive oil but can't use it alot, it affects my acid reflux. Same with anything hot.Last time I made chilli I added too many spices and I suffered a lot with reflux. Not worth it if I have to take meds that don't really work.
While I have you, what besides artificial sweetners can be used to add sweetness. Probably nothing. I use some nutrasweet but want to get off it. Going to get lemons tomorow for my water.
Thanks again,
Maryann

Thanks Judy. I'll try it. I go to the store tomorrow after the dentist. Just a check up. Love this site.
