Of course you can eat any foods from the food lists for breakfast. We all have to start to think outside of the traditional breakfast box.
Here are a few ideas:
tuna salad with extra veggies
cottage cheese with chopped fresh veggies
leftovers from dinner the night before
a bowl of chili

I've eaten hummus for brekkie as a bean dip with fresh chopped tomato and cucs. :yum: I also eat 1/2 cup of yogurt each morning.

I find that veggie soup works great for breakfast, fast and nourishing. Also helps to get in an extra serving of veggies which some of us find hard to do.

I do a protein drink, Unjury, three times a day plus whatever extra protein that I get from food. i need to keep my protein up to at least 60 gms a day for health reasons. Of course everyone needs to do that anyway. I find it very difficult to eat first thing in the morning so the protein drink works great for me.

Lately I've been into celery sticks stuffed with natural crunchy peanut butter. Its a delicious way to wake up:) 2 Tbs of peanut butter fits comfortably into 3 celery sticks. It keeps me full for hours.
