Hi everyone,
Im new to the site, and didn't really find anything in the past threads about caffeine, except a few random comments about how people weren't using caffeine. What exactly are the bad side effects of caffeine, not including the obvious health factors associated with caffeine ( i.e. blood pressure, heart....). Im mostly wondering about the problems of caffeine in regards to ketosis. I really don't want to be restricted from not drinking caffeine since it is the only thing that makes me get up and go to the gym early in the mornings. Does it make it harder to stay in ketosis with caffeine? :confused:
