Hi there,
I'm back from a nearly 2 year 'hiatus' and have switched from atkins to SB thi s time. I know the new book has added some more foods to phase 1, and was interested to know if it is as effective for the 2 week induction? I love greek yogurt and didn't want it to slow my progress down. If I stick to the allowed foods will the weight come off at the same rate? I know everyone is different but generally speaking I guess is what I mean. :)
