Im having a stressful day , lots of paperwork for the business that has to get filed .......not income tax but state tax.......long story , dont really wanna get into it , butI gotta tell ya Im stressing.
I am sitting in the kitchen because that table is longer than my desk & I can stretch it our all over.

ANYHOW....stress , makes me wanna scarf down chocolate.( this time , sometimes its chips.......todays rediculous craving is sugar)

I did make some jello , which wont be ready quite yet ( I did the quick version).
SO I came here to distract for a bit , and actually the craving is passing just by typing & reading.

BUT my biggest thing.........what do others do when a sugar craving hits?
I know these will stop in a few days........but what strategies do u all have for these first few days?

Have you tried sugar-free hard candy? The thing I like about them is they take awhile to eat because you have to suck on them. So you get the sweet sensation for a while, not just for a second.

I have one when I'm having a strong sugar craving and I know for sure I'm not actually hungry. (But I only allow myself a couple of day so that I'm not adding a bunch of calories and carbs.) You can usually find them in the drugstore.

Chew gum, or have a cup of tea w/sweet & low or splenda. Gives you that little bit of sweetness, without doing any damage.
