Does anyone take colostrum for their immune system? I just started taking it this week after reading so much about how good it is for you. Hopefully it'll help give me the immune boost I need. I got really ill early last year and after months finally figured out I was allergic to eggs and coconut (which I was eating on a daily basis.) I have not been able to bounce back ever since though - I catch everything that comes around...cold, flu, you name it.
I've also read that colostrum is good for reducing inflammation, gastric problems, helps fight candida (and aids in fighting leaky gut syndrome), improves iron absorption which I definitely need, improves adrenal function, heart health, helps burn fat and also helps with aging and skin tone. It's certainly worth a try to see if it helps. :agree:
