Does anyone take colostrum for their immune system? I just started taking it this week after reading so much about how good it is for you. Hopefully it'll help give me the immune boost I need. I got really ill early last year and after months finally figured out I was allergic to eggs and coconut (which I was eating on a daily basis.) I have not been able to bounce back ever since though - I catch everything that comes around...cold, flu, you name it.

I've also read that colostrum is good for reducing inflammation, gastric problems, helps fight candida (and aids in fighting leaky gut syndrome), improves iron absorption which I definitely need, improves adrenal function, heart health, helps burn fat and also helps with aging and skin tone. It's certainly worth a try to see if it helps. :agree:

Just an update on the colostrum: I can already tell a difference in my energy level. I haven't been taking naps or feeling worn out like I was. It's definitely helping. :D

I've never heard of it before. I could use something to help with digestion. I'm allergic to eggs too. I give them a try but always regret it.

Colostrum is the forerunner to breastmilk which is basically antibodies but this is bovine (cow) derived in capsules. I got mine from GNC - it wasn't too expensive...less than $15.
