Hey ladies (and gentlemen?) !
I'm starting SBD again after a very long time. I never even did it the first time for more than a week or so. Can't even remember.
I was lap-banded 3 years ago, lost all the weight (~142 lbs) after about a year and a half, and since about a year ago, after losing my mom suddenly (then 'incident' after incident it seems), I've been eating very poorly and let myself slip. I used to wear a size 24, and was down to a size 8 (even had a 6!) at my lowest. I weighed about 140lbs, which I was very happy with, but now am in the low 170's. (I'll do an official, first thing in the morning weigh-in tomorrow)
I'd like to get back to where I was, around 140lbs. I want to fit into my clothes! I could just go 'get a fill', but that would just decrease the amount of crap I eat, and increase the likeliness that I'll throw it up.
I'm SO hooked on Haagen Dazs Caramel Cone Explosion and buttered popcorn right now, it's not even funny. Even if all this does for me is break me of the habit, it would be verrrry beneficial!
I just wanted to introduce myself and make myself accountable to someone. My boyfriend will be doing this with me, so that will help. I hope someone's starting up a new APRIL CHECK-IN thread, cause I'll definitely be signing up!
