Well, what can I say. I lost my extra pounds after my first daughter quite easily first with SBD and then the rest with Atkins. Now I'm back in square one after my second daughter.
I have tried to loose weight with smart eating (kind of WW) but it didn't do the trick. So, I decided to try out SBD again. I just hope that this "easy" way of lowcarbing does the trick. I'm desperate.
Started 1st phase today for I don't know how many time. This is the last. It has to be. I want my self back again. :help:

We are about the same weight too. I have been hovering around 180 myself & darn sick of it!

Nice to hear that I have fellow re-loosers! This is frustrating. But now that I have almost 2 days behind me in the 1st phase I'm really excited. I'm already feeling a little better and not so bloated.
Happy loosing to us! :)

Welcome Marissa! Most of us after having babies are left with weight to lose. SB is an excellent way to do that and it's easy to feed your family a very healthy and nutritious diet as well.

The not having the bloats is the best "side effect" of this diet ( next to of course losing)
