Have lost 65 lbs so far since Nov. 2001 and have another 35 yet to go (yep! 100 lbs is my goal). Is there anybody out there that would like a friend in the greater Chicago area to trade ideas with - like tips, ideas, recipes, places to shop for low carb foods, exercise, etc.

I live in the northwest suburb area of Chicago. Definitely have benefited too from being in such a large city, tons of low carb support everywhere you go! :)


Another low carb site I have gone to has tried a Chicago get together but they are just slackers there I guess. ;)
