Hello everyone,
I need to get back on the beach...I originally lived the SBD program 3 years ago and I have gotton off track with health challenges, life, etc. I had lost 50# and have gained 25 back...I feel so mad at myself, ya know...you lose that much and you can't imagine EVER allowing it to creep back on...Well, I want to stop it now, before I gain it all back. I need to know if anything has changed, etc...Don't want to do any supercharged stuff, I walk/bike and that's about it for my exercise regime...I need to keep it simple, or I start to cheat....Any tips, encouragement, would be really appreciated! Thanks to you all, you are a welcome place to come back too... ;)
