Hello,
I was wondering if anyone have any nutritional information on vital wheat gluten flour. My sister and I bought some and made bread in our bread machine. It turned out great. My sister is wondering if there anything in the flour that would cause yeast reaction or any other problem with Atkins WOE/WOL.
Any information would be most appreciated.
Thank,
Donna

DonnaJ, have you checked the online Carb Counter available from the orange menu bar above, under the LowCarb Tools Link?

There's also valuable discussion about this flour, as a cooking ingredient, in the LowCarb Kitchen forum (see Karen's Corner).

I'm moving this post to the Health/Medical forum (Candida subforum) so that you may get some help from those in the know about the important Yeast question...

Hope this all helps!
