What exactly is the difference? REgular vs supercharged (other than supposed to loose weight quicker). I am on atkins, when not sick with the flu, but was wondering as I think South Beach may be easier for him to follow along.

Hi,
The Supercharged book has a large section devoted to exercise. It also has the updated food lists which we also have right here. You can find the food lists and meal plan charts in the "SBD Daily checkin" thread. :)

who is him? or is this for you?

Hi! I just got the supercharged book from the library. It is all the same just with the added interval training. And it looks so easy.........I just had to climb back on the beach wagon.

Actually, there have been some changes made to the food lists...not big ones but changes none the less. :)

Yes , but the diet in itself is the same. They didnt go changing the whole thing to make you lose faster. THAT is refreshing to see.
No gimmicks.....just some simple exercise which we all do need eventually.

Nice to know this. I have that "regular" SBD book, so I really don't have to buy that "super" one. I think that my work out (gym & cross training) 3 times/week is enough. Although I have read in other sources that interval training would be the best way to keep fit...
