When I changed my eating this time. I wrote a list of all the health related problems I was having (about 30), so if I decided to go back to the old way of eating I would know what I was choosing. Once I am feeling better I tend to forget how bad I felt. I pinned it to the wall above my computer to remind me. It was very helpful to me a few weeks ago when I started having some trouble with my program. It is well worth the effort to keep working at this when 1/2 of my health issues have resolved.

Wow. Congratulations on getting rid of 1/2 your health issues! That's incredible.
And what a great idea. I'm going to try that. Maybe, if I have such success as you, the list will help keep me on track. I am like you--tend to forget how awful I used to feel before I felt better.

I hear ya! I know one tends to forget. I was such a mess for a long while and I can't believe how much of that stuff I barely remember now.
