boneless center cut pork chops
Fry It Right
red pepper flakes
canola oil
1 egg
3 tablespoons mustard

mix egg and mustard together
mix a teaspoon red pepper flakes into the Fry It Right in a ziploc
dip chops in egg mixture then coat and fry in canola oil
