i was wondering if this pasta is okay on induction..... i happen to really like it in my coconut curry soup.....

From what I have read on this forum YES it is fine although a lot of people do not like it.

I think if it's not on the Induction list you should hold off for a while. No doubt you could keep it in a 20carb allowance - but just staying under 20 carbs isn't really Induction.

It wasn't available outside Asia when Atkins wrote his book. Shirataki is simply a vegetable in noodle form (similar to zucchini 'noodles') - extremely low carb and filled with good fiber. It also has properties that help burn stored body fat.
So, if you like it - enjoy a Guilt-Free dish, on induction or off! :)

yes the package says 3 carbs, 2 of which are fiber.... so i'm having it tonite!!!! yeah. i can't live on steak and pork chops.... as much as i love them....
