clothes..just a thought

Have any of you ladies every "traded" clothes? I would be willing to ship someone my old size 16's and 14's. I think in this economy anything we can do to save money would be a huge help.

I'm tall, 5'9, but if anyone would like some of my 14's and 16's, you're welcome to them. Just give me an address. (I'll provide my email address so you don't have to post on the internet). I have some beautiful pants and tops, talbots, banana republic, good stuff. I hate to see them sit in my closet...and I'm NEVER going back.

this site has done so much to help me and support me, I'd like to give back. If anyone else wants to, please feel free to post.

I'd pounce on the 14s- 16s are a bit too big for me now. I have some 18s I can give away if someone wants them (nothing fancy though, mostly wal-mart jeans and such (I'm poor :lol: )

Do you want the 14's, Littlezu? From your pics it looks like your way smaller than a 14, though...you sure?

Heehee :D I'm in mostly 14s and one size 12 skirt right now (and have one pair of 14s that are too small from Old Navy)- women's sizes are so wacky. I would LOVE the 14s because I'm so limited on wardrobe right now (and I will pass them along again when I'm in 12 for good. :) )

Edit- My pictures don't show my giant booty :lol: I'm very slim from the waist up, I carry it all in the caboose :lol:

Edit- Karen, this thread was an awesome idea, honestly. I just gave bags and bags of clothes to Goodwill up to size 28 and wish I would have thought of this because I love this forum and how supportive it is, and the idea of helping each other here with clothes it's hard to buy in trying times is awesome. Bravo, girl! :)

I would love to join in this too! I have some nice jeans from lane bryant (20) and a lot of cute tops in xl or xxl that are gettin way too big. I am tall though, so the jeans and pants are long length. I dont know if anyone wears scrubs for work, but i have a ton of those too that i am rapidly growing out of. Email me at *****. I am a size 18-16. I have really nice stuff but I am 6'2. If anyone has some nice 16 stuff I would love it. I still wear XXL and XL tops.
