Hi. Pretty new here. Been looking around. Great site. I have one concern with starting and maintaining a low-carb diet. Are there certain supplements i should be taking to make up for the the loss being on low carb? Mainly i'm talking about calcium, potassium, fiber, etc. I have found that i like the diet, but i don't get vegatables everyday like i should. Is there a list of stuff like this i can take in pill format to make up for lost nutrients? Thanks!

Dr. Atkins wrote a nice chapter on nutritional supplements in DANDR. You might check out that book from your local public library. (DANDR = Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution.)

If you are not suffering from leg cramps you don't need the potassium. But read DANDR for supplementation requirements.
