I buy Applegate Farms Uncured Beef Hotdogs. They have no antibiotics, no nitrites and no nitrates. No carbs, no sugar, no fiber. I don't know how widely the brand is available. :)

anyway...

I've been buying the trader joes uncured all beef hot dogs. I believe they are 1 carb per hot dog.

Oscar Meyer says less than 1 carb per dog. They carry nitrate free Oscar Meyers, but they are too expensive. I just stick with the regular dogs for $1.88 a pack. I really love the beef oscar meyers but they cost nearly 4 bucks. And we eat a lot of hot dogs at our house.

hebrew national are, i think, 1 carb each too. pretty spendy at about $4 or $5/pack, but they taste good. and i believe they are corn syrup free. i don't have any on hand to read the label, but i know i buy them instead of regular hot dogs because of the corn syrup that gets used, and food starch of some sort (corn starch?)

I like the Applegate Farms uncured hotdogs the best too. Whole Foods carries them in our area. They do cost more than regular hotdogs, but they don't have any strange or mystery ingredients. My family doesn't like to eat any other brand now.

I can vouch for the Oscar Meyer and Hebrew National All Beef No Filler brands.

They are both very good. Oscar Meyer has corn syrup in theirs and the Hebrew National brand has modified food starch and is more expensive. They both come in jumbo size too for 1 extra carb.

No.

Here's the ingredient list: beef, water, contains 2% or less of flavorings, garlic powder, hydrolyzed soy protein, paprika, potassium and sodium lactate, salt, sodium diacetate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite, spice.
